Veterinary Client Care Representative, Western Canada

At VCA Animal Hospitals, we're seeking an organized and empathetic Veterinary Client Care Representative to join our team in New Westminster, BC.
About the Role:
- Provide exceptional client service, creating a warm and welcoming environment for pets and their owners
- Answer multiline phone systems, track appointments, and schedule with ease
- Place outbound calls for follow-ups and future bookings, ensuring seamless communication
- Manage email correspondence, responding promptly to clients, veterinarians, and internal messages
- Admit and discharge pet patients efficiently, maintaining accurate records
- Invoice and bill clients effectively, generating estimates and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness of reception areas, pet holding spaces, and common areas
Requirements:
- No prior animal experience? No problem A love for pets is essential
- Previous customer service or front desk experience is an asset, but not required
