We offer a competitive salary of $105.00 to $155.00 per hour, with a signing bonus of $100.00 to $150.00.

About the Role

As a Certified Nurse Professional, you will be responsible for executing client care plans as outlined by our Care Designers. You will also provide delegations of task or training to a care team, assess client needs and report back to our Care Designers with recommendations on complex care plans.

You will function within the limits of your experience and knowledge while practicing safely and competently within the job description. Your responsibilities will include medication administration, wound care, head-to-toe assessments, vital signs, pain assessments, liaising with physicians, diabetic management, meeting safety needs, and assisting clients with transfers, ambulation, exercises, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship and personal care.

Requirements
  • Be compassionate, kind, and caring with a strong desire to make a difference in the life of a senior.
  • Loves to care for others.
  • Driver's license and vehicle are an asset but not required.
  • Negative TB test.
  • Valid First Aid/CPR.
  • Clear Criminal Record Check.
  • Valid LPN License.
  • Hospital, home care, and palliative care experience is an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills. Other languages are an asset.
  • Two professional references.
