Overview

As an Office Coordinator Assistant at SRK Weeping Tile & Slinger Services, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and electronic enquiries, compiling data and statistics, ordering office supplies, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with precision.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience is preferred.

A permanent position with a regular schedule of 30 hours per week is available.
