Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at MARY BROWN'S CHICKEN LONDON. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure they are up-to-date and efficient;
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear priorities and deadlines;
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services;
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence;
  • Perform data entry and train staff on new systems and procedures;
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including monitoring and evaluating performance;
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field;
  • Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
