Gopatez Inc is seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in office administration. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Windows is also required.

Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
