Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years)
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our office is located in a downtown area, within walking distance to public transportation.

Responsibilities
  • Compile data to prepare documents and reports
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations as needed
  • Prepare invoices, financial statements, and administer contracts and other documents
