At Alberta Inc, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to oversee the administrative operations of our establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have experience in carrying out administrative activities, co-ordinating and planning office services, and overseeing administrative procedures. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and objectives
  • Delegate work to office support staff to optimize productivity and efficiency
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities, including coordination of office services and oversight of administrative procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative operations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
