About the Role

This is a remote position with 60-70% travel to facilitate training. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Preparing and executing learning interventions to ensure mastery of training objectives.
  2. Facilitating training courseware and practice activities to ensure mastery of training objectives.
  3. Coordinating the delivery and instruction of material for both new and existing training offerings.
  4. Selecting the appropriate learning modes to engage trainees in active learning and maximize on-the-job performance.
  5. Using various instructional strategies to deliver content effectively given the learning environment.
  6. Guiding groups to acquire skills, make decisions, or complete tasks using facilitation techniques.
  7. Managing classroom dynamics, addressing unproductive participant behavior, and keeping trainees focused on the task at hand.
  8. Identifying and understanding the root causes of performance gaps.
  9. Developing holistic views of performance problems and suggesting training-based solutions.
  10. Working independently with project management aptitude.
  11. Managing assigned tasks and projects.
  12. Observing, evaluating, and coaching learners as needed based on performance and engagement.
  13. Evaluating and coaching trainers based on performance and post-course feedback.
  14. Reviewing, editing, and enhancing training curriculum and materials as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or Education, or High School Diploma or GED with four years of relevant work experience.
  • Five years of relevant work experience delivering and facilitating training programs.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Technical aptitude and proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly OneDrive.
  • Ability to work in a physical occupational setting.
