Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
Work Environment:

Our fast-paced environment requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is a requirement of this role.
