**Job Summary**

This Canadian REL Business Manager position will report to the NA REL Business Management Director, within the NA Category Organization, and collaborate closely with the Canadian REL Sales leaders and other functions across the organization.

 

**Responsibilities:**

  • Analyze business aspects to support sales teams, becoming a trusted partner and advisor. Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop FY segment strategy and targets to enhance market share, revenue, and profitability, considering market dynamics and competitive landscape.
  • Assess FY performance quarterly, creating campaign plans to adjust segment strategy and execute within the quarter.
  • Campaign plans should align with Channel, Marketing, Enablement, ADJ & Services teams, focusing on market performance, competitive positioning, product mix, ADJ & services attach, and RAD performance.
  • Evaluate weekly sales against targets, adjusting within the quarter as needed, in close partnership with sales leaders.
  • Understand and communicate P&L dynamics, ensuring financial commitments are met at subsegment and product levels in collaboration with sales leadership.
  • Manage FGI performance, ensuring accounts execute inventory properly and there is no aged FGI.
  • Support strategic deal making by leveraging alliance and WW funding sources to remain competitive in the market.
  • Engage with customers through events, meetings, and Customer Advisory Councils to understand customer priorities.
  • Align other business organizations to focus on key business priorities, including marketing, channel, finance, enablement & GSC.

 

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or equivalent required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales, Sales Management; Sales Ops, Product Management, Category Management or Marketing.

 

**Compensation and Benefits**

This role comes with an estimated annual salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 based on location and industry standards. Additional benefits include a comprehensive health insurance plan, retirement savings program, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

 

**Location**

This position is located in Markham, Ontario, Canada, with a hybrid work arrangement of 3 days in-office and 2 days working from home.
