About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Sales and Enrollment Specialist.

As a key member of our global team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients, engaging with them to determine if they are a strong fit for our services.

You will manage the entire client journey from initial contact to successful enrollment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for helping others achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and/or enrollment, with a background in coaching or ed-tech. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze processes and suggest improvements.

A comprehensive training program and system will be provided to support your growth and development in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients, engaging with them to determine if they are a strong fit for our services.
  • Manage the entire client journey from initial contact to successful enrollment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of continuous experience in sales and/or enrollment, preferably in coaching or ed-tech.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze processes and suggest improvements.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and/or enrollment.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

This role is 100% remote, and you can work from anywhere in the world. You must be located in the US time zone.
