About the Role

Sales Consultants at Future West Solar are responsible for conducting thorough assessments of customers' energy needs, providing customized recommendations for solar solutions, and addressing any concerns or objections.

You will deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of solar products and services to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers. Your primary goal is to negotiate pricing, terms, and contract agreements with customers to secure commitments for solar installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough assessments of customers' energy needs and provide customized recommendations for solar solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of solar products and services.
  • Business Development: Actively seek out and generate leads through personal marketing efforts.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract agreements with customers.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline, track leads, and follow up with prospects to maximize conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • Excellent deal closing ability.
  • Strong ability to manage deals and follow up with customers while properly using CRM.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups.
  • Ability to attend 3-5 sales appointments per day.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge or commitment to learning about solar energy systems, renewable energy technologies, and energy efficiency concepts.
