Corporate Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team at RITZ CABINETS LTD. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department and ensuring they meet the organization's goals. You will also be involved in planning and organizing daily operations, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and managing contracts.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. They will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, database software, MS Project, SharePoint, and social media.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Manage contracts and agreements
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Evaluate daily operations
RITZ CABINETS LTD offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits include free parking, learning/training paid by employer, on-site recreation and activities, paid time off (volunteering or personal days), travel insurance, and more.
