Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Coordination: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring seamless execution and timely follow-up.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and timely resolution of issues.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
