At Future Illuminators Corporation, we are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising other workers, training new staff members, and recording minutes of meetings and conferences. You will also be responsible for planning and implementing recruitment strategies, scheduling appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries. Additionally, you will be responsible for compiling data and statistics, advising senior management, and ordering office supplies. The ideal candidate will have a college diploma or equivalent, 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train other workers
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings and conferences
  • Plan and implement recruitment strategies
  • Schedule appointments and answer telephone and electronic enquiries
  • Compile data and statistics and advise senior management
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Work Environment
