Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Anabella Dental. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our dental team, ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate with patients and staff.
  • Office Management: Maintain filing systems, order supplies, and manage inventory.
  • Communication: Prepare and send correspondence, reports, and documents to patients and insurance companies.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of patient records and sensitive information.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to the dental team, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Windows.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
