Job Title: Office Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administration Assistant to join our team at Taha Development Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
