Dental Office Administrative Assistant

Anabella Dental is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced dental practice setting. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with dentists, hygienists, and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and confirm appointments for patients
- Maintain accurate records of patient medical history, insurance information, and treatment plans
- Train staff on procedures and software applications as needed
- Process insurance claims and maintain inventory of dental supplies
- Prepare and distribute reports, documents, and spreadsheets for review
- Assist with preparing draft agendas for meetings and taking minutes
This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience in a similar administrative role. They will be confident in their ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. They will also possess a solid understanding of dental terminology and procedures, as well as proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Windows.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including dental plan and bonus opportunities.
