Job SummaryWe are looking for an administrative professional with excellent communication skills to provide administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer electronic enquiries and respond to emails
- Compile data, statistics, and other information for reporting purposes
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office
This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and ability to work independently.
