Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at SDH Stucco. As the first point of contact for clients and staff, this role is critical to ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

About the Job

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and Direct Office Operations: Oversee the efficient management of office tasks, including travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Manage Staff and Finances: Supervise staff, manage budgets, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain Digital Databases and Reports: Ensure accurate data entry, update databases, and prepare reports as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Less than 7 months in a related role.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
  • Work Hours: 32-40 hours per week.
