Business Growth Specialist

Established in Canada, our client is a prominent asset-based truck transportation provider offering FTL, LTL, and cross-border services. They seek a seasoned Sales and Business Development Executive to join their team in the GTA.
About the RoleThis key position reports directly to the Vice President and requires a candidate with 10+ years of truck transportation sales experience, boasting strong knowledge of the North American market and established customer relationships. Combining this expertise with a passion for developing new business and relationship management skills will be crucial to driving success.
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline
- Analyze market trends and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are met
The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in full sales cycle, including deal closing
- Demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills
