Job Title: Business Growth Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to expand our market presence in the high-performance interconnect solutions industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth in the machine vision, robotics, and automotive sectors.
- Engage with current accounts in the CRM system and proactively identify new opportunities to increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding needs and delivering customized solutions.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to promote products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as required.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to uncover growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the machine vision, robotics, or automotive industries.
- Technical background or experience as a Sales Engineer is a strong bonus.
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for business growth.
