Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to expand our market presence in the high-performance interconnect solutions industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth in the machine vision, robotics, and automotive sectors.
  • Engage with current accounts in the CRM system and proactively identify new opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding needs and delivering customized solutions.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to promote products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as required.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to uncover growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the machine vision, robotics, or automotive industries.
  • Technical background or experience as a Sales Engineer is a strong bonus.
  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for business growth.
