We are seeking an exceptional Senior HR Recruiter to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in attracting and retaining top talent.

About the Role
  • Support recruiting teams and hiring managers to ensure successful candidate selection and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet high-volume hiring demands.
  • Represent Uline at job fairs and college recruitment events to build relationships with potential candidates.
Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with recruiting teams and hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
  2. Source and screen top talent for various roles within the organization.
  3. Plan and coordinate new employee orientation and training sessions to ensure seamless onboarding.
  4. Manage 30-day and 90-day new hire surveys and reporting to track employee satisfaction and engagement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in recruitment and talent management.
  • Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
