HR Coordinator

**Job Summary**
The Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in supporting various HR functions within the organization. This position involves assisting with recruitment, data collection, training development, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes.
**Duties**:
- Collaborate with management team to support talent acquisition efforts
- Assist in data collection and analysis for HR metrics and reporting
- Coordinate training development programs for employees (Canadian Tire ELearning)
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives
- Assist in change management processes within the organization
- Support management in various tasks related to employee relations
- Utilize HR systems such as TWS for data management
- Assist in project management activities related to HR initiatives
- Scheduling, time sheets, recruitment, H&S, time and attendance tracking etc.
- Facilitate and maintain communication systems
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in human resources coordination or related roles
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
- Proficiency in HR systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of change management principles is desirable

Pay: $36,273.16-$60,498.85 per year
