About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at 2103872 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create menus and promotions that drive business growth
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
