About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Student Admission Coordinator to join our team at the University of Niagara Falls Canada. As a key member of our admissions department, you will play a vital role in facilitating the admission process for domestic and international students.

Your primary responsibility will be to assess and evaluate student applications, ensuring that all requirements are met and that students are provided with accurate information about our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate student applications, including transcripts and supporting documents;
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, agents, and other stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner;
  • Collaborate with the Office of the Registrar and Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement effective admissions processes and procedures;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student applications and progress;
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and communications to promote our programs and services;
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to improve student outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, education, or administration;
  • Minimum two years of experience in a related role, preferably in an academic or administrative setting;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service and student success;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health and dental coverage, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional development.
