About Our Client

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale highrise condo projects in the London, Ontario region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile developments while earning a competitive salary of up to $180,000.

Job Description

- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of highrise condo projects from inception through to delivery.

- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful completion.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to align project goals and resolve any issues.

- Ensure compliance with all building regulations, safety standards, and construction best practices.

- Oversee contract administration, including procurement and negotiation with vendors and suppliers.

- Track project milestones and progress, preparing regular updates and reports for senior leadership.

- Lead risk management strategies, identifying and mitigating project risks.

- Foster a collaborative environment and provide leadership to on-site teams.

The Successful Applicant

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on highrise condo developments.

- Strong understanding of the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction to closeout.

- Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects within budget and on schedule.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

- Experience in contract negotiation, procurement, and vendor management.

- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
