About Our Client

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale highrise condo projects in the London, Ontario region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile developments while earning a competitive salary of up to $180,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of highrise condo projects from inception through to delivery.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to align project goals and resolve any issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all building regulations, safety standards, and construction best practices.
  • Oversee contract administration, including procurement and negotiation with vendors and suppliers.
  • Track project milestones and progress, preparing regular updates and reports for senior leadership.
  • Lead risk management strategies, identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and provide leadership to on-site teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on highrise condo developments.
  • Strong understanding of the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction to closeout.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects within budget and on schedule.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Experience in contract negotiation, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
