Michael Page is seeking a highly experienced Senior Superintendent to lead 2-3 full-cycle, ground-up highrise builds in the London region. This is an exciting opportunity to work on landmark projects with a well-established company, offering a competitive salary of up to $200,000.

Job Description

- Oversee the entire construction process, from ground-breaking to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and on-site personnel.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve any issues and keep the project on track.

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project plans.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to provide project updates and manage expectations.

Requirements

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Proven experience managing 2-3 full-cycle ground-up highrise builds.

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and managing large-scale construction projects.
