About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Maharaja in Mission Restaurant Ltd. as a Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily operations of our kitchen staff, ensuring that food preparation and service meet our high standards.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to our team members on job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control measures.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, as well as prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules for our kitchen staff, ensuring that we have adequate coverage during peak periods.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a dynamic environment and maintain a high level of productivity.

Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
