Senior Processor, CMO

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Processor to join our Business Client Centre team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our business clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and maintenance of Cash Management Online (CMO) products.
As a Senior Processor, you will be accountable for executing customer requests, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing expert recommendations to meet client needs. Your analytical skills, critical thinking, and relationship-building abilities will be essential in delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and resolve client requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with CIBC policies and regulatory requirements.
- Process change requests for CMO, utilizing critical thinking to ensure all compliance requirements are met.
- Liaise with internal partners to ensure client requests are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.
