About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at Isarta. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and marketing leadership team to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage and oversee the marketing operations function, ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives and projects.
  • Provide strategic advice to the CMO and marketing leadership team on matters of growth, innovation, and operations.
  • Act as a liaison with senior leadership to ensure buy-in and approval for marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and develop actionable recommendations for improving marketing team performance and efficiency.
  • Manage communications with internal stakeholders on behalf of the CMO.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing a team and driving business growth through marketing initiatives.
  • Strong business acuity, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
