Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and marketing leadership team to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Marketing Operations: Oversee the marketing operations function, including budget planning, calendar management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Project Management: Directly manage specific projects and oversee the success of major cross-functional marketing projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the CMO and internal stakeholders, providing strategic advice and ensuring effective communication and engagement.

Requirements

  • Leadership and Management Experience: 8+ years of experience in management consulting, marketing strategy, operations, project management, enterprise analytics, or corporate finance, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with an attention to detail and ability to quickly assimilate large amounts of information.
  • Business Acuity and Integrity: Demonstrated experience in business operations, with a strong understanding of financial services and a commitment to professionalism and integrity.
