The Executive Assistant provides exceptional administrative support to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of key executives and senior leadership within the Finance Department at Henry Schein Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, as well as other Finance Directors.
- Manage and coordinate complex schedules, calendars, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Office Administration or equivalent.
- Five years' experience in a busy corporate environment.
- Intermediate Excel skills, advanced PowerPoint skills, and advanced understanding of Outlook or a comparable online calendaring system.
- Proven discretion when dealing with sensitive matters.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
