Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant provides exceptional administrative support to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of key executives and senior leadership within the Finance Department at Henry Schein Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, as well as other Finance Directors.
  • Manage and coordinate complex schedules, calendars, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Office Administration or equivalent.
  • Five years' experience in a busy corporate environment.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, advanced PowerPoint skills, and advanced understanding of Outlook or a comparable online calendaring system.
  • Proven discretion when dealing with sensitive matters.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
