**About the Role**

At BGIS, we're seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including answering calls, managing documents, servicing office equipment, and booking conference rooms and travel.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Carry out day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure BGIS has the necessary support
  • Manage documents, including filing, mail, photocopying, and word-processing as required
  • Create and maintain simple spreadsheets
  • Service office equipment and notify the service supplier if issues cannot be resolved
  • Arrange travel and conference room bookings as needed
  • Maintain client satisfaction and positive relationships with external contacts
  • Perform other general administrative duties as required

**Requirements**

  • High school education
  • One year or less of administrative experience
  • Strong computer skills, proficient with MS Office
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
  • Strong customer focus
