About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at 2649476 Ontario Inc. as an Office Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
    • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Communication
    • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
    • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, agendas, and other documents as required.
  • Office Management
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
    • Manage the maintenance and upkeep of our office facilities.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
    • Familiarity with other software applications, such as Google Suite.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Experience
      • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
    • Language
      • Fluent in English.
    Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively.
