Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Alberta Health Services. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our interprofessional team, and contribute to the efficient operation of our department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and effective nursing care to patients, families, and communities
- Collaborate with the interprofessional team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in the development and implementation of nursing care plans
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited nursing education program
- Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Current certification in Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
- Current certification in Emergency Nurses Pediatric Course (ENCP)
