We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Job Description:
- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Manage the flow of information within the team
- Direct and control daily operations
- Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage contracts
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Oversee the development of communication strategies
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Oversee the preparation of reports
- Respond to employee questions and complaints
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants
- Oversee payroll administration
- Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Conduct research
- Perform data entry
- Provide customer service
- Maintain and manage digital databases
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience

Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience
- College/CEGEP diploma
- English language proficiency
