As a key member of our Canadian Beauty Division, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.
Job SummaryThe Senior Brand Management Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and project management support to the Brand Manager and other teams within the division.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Main Responsibilities:- Brand Calendar and Asset Management: Maintain accurate brand calendars, line lists, order forms, and product training materials to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Content Creation and Submission: Prepare high-quality content submissions for new item creation and e-commerce platforms, including copy and assets.
- Asset Library Maintenance: Update and maintain the asset library (portfolio) to ensure relevant and up-to-date content is available.
- Social Media Asset Packages: Prepare social media asset packages for new launches and hero SKUs, to be provided to retail partners.
- Regulatory Compliance: Gather assets for regulatory assessment of new items, work with the Brand Associate to submit for regulatory consulting, and follow-up with brands on feedback to ensure compliance in the Canadian market.
- Marketing Materials Coordination: Facilitate marketing, field, and merchandising materials by coordinating requirements with multiple departments, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
- Creative Briefings: Execute creative briefings for various creative needs, including retailer flyers, print advertising, online/e-commerce initiatives, and merchandising requirements.
- Canadian Ready Marketing Layouts: Assist with developing and proofreading Canadian ready marketing layouts, including copy development.
- Competitive Research: Document new brands, new products, unique displays/packaging, and research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, pricing, positioning, placement, and promotion.
- Brand Monitoring: Monitor and report on the brand's marketing activities relevant to the Canadian market.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including S/A changes, preparing clearance lists, and performing day-to-day duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration/Marketing.
- Intermediate skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, ROUNDUP, and PIVOT TABLES.
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized individual with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to work overtime if required.
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
