Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at GREAT LAKES DENTISTRY.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and appointment schedules.
  • Coordinate with dentists and staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other important documents.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and implement effective office procedures and routines to improve productivity and workflow.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and external partners to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a dental clinic or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
