Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Coordinate Events

The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging seminars, conferences, and other events. This includes booking venues, catering, and ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.

  • Administrative Support

The Corporate Office Coordinator will provide general administrative support to the team, including maintaining manual and computerized filing systems, preparing correspondence and documents, and ordering office supplies.

  • Technology Skills

Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is essential for this role.

  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

In terms of compensation, we offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. This position also comes with 40 hours of work per week, providing a healthy work-life balance.
