About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Operations Coordinator to join our team at Unite Outsourcing Ltd. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of $40,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, meetings, and other events as needed.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Answer telephone calls and electronic enquiries, relay messages, and prepare correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and information, and maintain manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Team Support: Train other workers and provide assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
  • Software Proficiency: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Electronic Scheduler, and Database Software.
