Corporate Operations Coordinator
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Operations Coordinator to join our team at Unite Outsourcing Ltd. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of $40,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, meetings, and other events as needed.
- Communication and Correspondence: Answer telephone calls and electronic enquiries, relay messages, and prepare correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and information, and maintain manual and computerized filing systems.
- Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and manage inventory.
- Team Support: Train other workers and provide assistance as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
- Software Proficiency: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Electronic Scheduler, and Database Software.
- Work Environment: Work under pressure with tight deadlines and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to sit for long periods and perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
