Administrative Assistant for Accounting and Office Operations

Job Description:
We are seeking an administrative assistant to support our accounting and office operations. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day office tasks, and maintaining accurate financial records.
To succeed in this position, you must have a strong background in accounting and office administration, with a focus on attention to detail and organizational skills.
A solid understanding of Epicor or similar ERP systems is essential. Proficiency in both English and French languages is also required.
This full-time position reports directly to the office manager and requires a post-secondary diploma in accounting or equivalent experience.
