Overview

As a Business Operations Coordinator at Randstad, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the Director of Production & Delivery and the Management Team. This dynamic position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, calendar management, special projects, and travel arrangements for the Director of Production & Delivery and the Management Team.

Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Director of Production & Delivery and the Management Team, including but not limited to:

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Manage calendars and schedules
  • Prepare and coordinate special projects and reports

Departmental Administration: Maintain accurate records and files related to departmental headcount budgets, personnel moves, and organizational charts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
