As a Business Operations Coordinator at Randstad, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the Director of Production & Delivery and the Management Team. This dynamic position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, calendar management, special projects, and travel arrangements for the Director of Production & Delivery and the Management Team.
ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Director of Production & Delivery and the Management Team, including but not limited to:
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Manage calendars and schedules
- Prepare and coordinate special projects and reports
Departmental Administration: Maintain accurate records and files related to departmental headcount budgets, personnel moves, and organizational charts.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
