Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at OAK & STONE CONSTRUCTIONS.
As an Administrative Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes planning and controlling budget and expenditures, recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, determining and establishing office procedures and routines, answering telephone calls and relay messages, answering electronic enquiries, greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas, setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems, typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents, assigning, coordinating, and reviewing projects and programs, and planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing reports.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
