Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Care Supervisor to lead our team of care providers in delivering exceptional home healthcare services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care plans, supervising care staff, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

The Care Supervisor will work closely with our clinical team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each client. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each client
  • Supervise care staff and provide coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure client safety and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to identify and address any care-related issues or concerns
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Diploma in Nursing or related field
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in home healthcare
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
