ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing patient-focused care within the RN scope of practice, based on the three-factor framework of the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Working collaboratively with members of the healthcare team to provide elements of care for patients/clients with complex health issues.
- Practicing collaboratively with other members of the interprofessional healthcare team.
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and all members of the healthcare team.
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
- Have recent birthing unit work experience (within the last 5 years) required.
- Hold a current BCLS certificate.
- Demonstrate excellent physical assessment skills, problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
- Display excellent organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we offer opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a collaborative and supportive work environment.
