We are seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Leader to join our team at the Southlake Regional Health Centre in Bradford, Ontario.

About the Role

The Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for the daily operational activity of the Elden of Bradford, including coordinating patient flow, managing resources, and leading the team in implementing evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with physicians, nurses, staff, students, and volunteers to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Coordinate patient flow into and out of the TCU, ensuring that patients receive timely and effective care.
  • Ensure resources, supplies, and equipment are available on the units at all times.
  • Lead the team in implementing evidence-based practices within the patient-centred care philosophy.
  • Perform human resource responsibilities, including recruitment, hiring, and performance evaluation.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A regulated healthcare professional designation (e.g., RN, RPN).
  • Current registration in good standing with the applicable College.
  • Minimum five years' direct patient care experience, preferably in a community healthcare setting.
  • Progressive administrative experience as a team leader or supervisor, ideally in a clinical setting.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and collective agreements.
