- You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and guide other workers on office procedures and protocols.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines to maximize productivity.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory levels to ensure a fully stocked office environment.
- Greet visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and provide general assistance as needed.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure seamless access to important documents.
- Type and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
