Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Office Coordinator to join our team at STJ AUTO. As an essential member of our office staff, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing contracts, and providing exceptional customer service.
Job Description:
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Direct and control daily operations
- Evaluate daily operations
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Train staff
- Manage contracts
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics and other information
- Advise senior management
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Provide customer service
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
- Supervise office and volunteer staff
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
